Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

Awesome place with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay! I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

The area was not so nice.

i have stayed in double room with the bathroom, shower, for instance for 4 nights. there were a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge too. the hotel was in a wonderful location so close to two good restaurants, the shopping area, and plattsburgh on a regular. the breakfast was excellent, the check in was fast.

looks old and dirty (tainted sheet, yellow pillowcase, cracked walls, etc.)

The bedding, the towels and the carpet need replacing.

The beds were very uncomfortable and WiFi was absolutely terrible. The bathroom in our room was dirty.

The pool area impresses with its cleanliness. Breakfast options include a pancake maker and hot items like bacon and sausage, which exceed typical expectations for hotel dining.

The main office's distance from the room areas feels inconvenient, especially when needing assistance. Parking lots show significant wear, with large potholes that make navigating tricky, and the constant scent of weed in the first-floor area might be off-putting for some.

The office being 1/4 km from the rooms is absurd!!! A serious lack of security makes you wonder about safety!!! Dirty hallways and overflowing garbage shouldn't be an acceptable sight anywhere!!!

Good price, nice pool, clean bathroom

Room tired, don't like those quilted coloured bed coverings, who knows how clean they are!?

The room was fairly clean, but I wasn't sure if the sheets had actually been changed.

The room was clean and smelled good, I mean that's a must right? And the staff, they were so courteous, like they understood the value of a good stay.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got it was acceptable.

Place was good small, liked the stay.

The rooms were big size with jacuzzi tub, the coffee as described. The cost was US$ 79. The location for Plattsburgh was marvellous, just off Close to most interesting point in Plattsburgh, Lake Placid and food market and restaurants.

I really enjoyed the clean rooms and the comfortable beds during my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the pancake and waffle makers! I would definitely choose this place again.
